The holiday home is a semi-detached house, situated in a quiet residential area of Carnac-Plage, closed to the beach, to the stores and to the entertainment facilities. The holiday home is very well protected to the house next door by hedges and one wall. The house has been completely renovated in 1999 and a veranda was added.
Ground floor : Living-room with fireplace, sofa, TV, radio, CD, dining table, open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, micro-wave. Separate WC.
First floor : 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a wash-basin. Bathroom with bath and toilet.
Second floor : 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds.
